In response: updating the “market forecast” once a quarter is often the norm. Typically, market statistics and third part projections of the market are only available or done once a quarter. The S&OP process remains a MONTHLY activity, however, measuring performance and updating the other “views” for the future. This is not only acceptable, it is usually the norm of “market forecasting.”

In the company where i am working implementing the S&OP process, we have a same way to vie the diferent inputs in the demanda planing stage.
Could we consider check this views for example market view, quarterly; Customer and History view, monthly?… how we can apply this view continously?
