(1) Right now, we’re doing it in a massive Excel file. More history means slower response time, so we’ve plans of moving it to another platform.
(2) Fortunately, significant activities have their own post-launch evaluation by marketing, so the assessment happens there in consensus.

Interested in (1) the technology solution Unilever implemented to physically capture the data, information and insights and (2) how you incorporated this data capture into the Demand Planner day-in-the-life so it was not burdensome and inconsistent.
