What we need more of are articles that “xplain” the strategic benefits to CFO’s, CEO, COO and business unit leaders ?

To these audiences I like to explain S&OP and an alternative financial control measurement system that looks forward not just backwards. Measures ability to use working capital productively, generate cashflow, follow inventories and what I really like to position is try to sell inventory out of the master plan (not just after it is built and filling up warehouses and rail cars)
